Sally Clark invited CORA NW to participate in a forum discussion about townhome development and the proposed update to the multi-family zoning code. Using buildings designed by several of our members we showed examples of new housing archetypes that would be enabled by a more flexible zoning code. The presentation was well received and several neighborhood groups have asked us to reprise the presentation for our members.
